SpecialEffect is the UK charity dedicated to helping ALL people with disabilities enjoy computer games and creative technologies. SpecialEffect do whatever it takes, because they have seen first-hand the kick-start it can have on motivation, confidence, inclusion and quality of life.

Gaze controlled computers enable those who can't move anything but their eyes to play Fifa, Formula 1, Need for Speed, Teletubbies, communicate with their family or indeed, just change the channel on the TV. SpecialEffect do whatever it takes to help.

Tough Guy Challenge

When The Going Gets Tough...

On 27th January 2013, a brave team from Audiomotion battled their way across the freezing cold 'Killing Fields', through barbed wire, electric currents, fiery pits and icy marshland to help raise funds for SpecialEffect, a ground breaking charity helping disabled young people to enjoy videogames.

10th British 10K Run

Annual Audiomotion Charity Run

On 27th May 2012, Audiomotion staff and friends took part in our second British 10K to help raise funds for SpecialEffect, a ground breaking charity helping disabled young people to enjoy videogames.

It was a amazing day and a great effort was made by everyone involved to help us raise over £1,000.00 to add to our existing £2,700.00 pledge.

Charity Fire Walk

Feeling The Heat!

On March 29th 2012, a team of four from Audiomotion Studios bravely (foolishly) dashed over 20 feet of red hot coals burning at over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. If that's wasn't crazy enough we also casually strolled across 20 feet of razor sharp shards from 2,000 broken wine bottles!

It was a fantastic night and we had a blast whilst trying to raise some serious cash for SpecialEffect. So thank you for supporting Team Audiomotion - together we raised over £2,500.00 for the charity!
